As WL Craig states in the video,
1. Logic and mathematical proofs cannot be proven by science. They are presupposed by science.
2. Metaphysical truths like "There are other minds other than my own," "The external world is real," "The past was not created five minutes ago with an appearance of age."
3. Ethical beliefs about statements of value; you can´t show by the scientific method whether Nazi scientists did anything evil as opposed to the scientists in Western democracies.
4. Aesthetic judgments, like the beautiful, like the Good, cannot be scientifically proven
5. Science itself cannot be proven by the scientific method. In the theory of Relativity, the whole theory hinges on the assumption that the speed of light is constant between any two points A and B. That cannot be proven, we simply have to assume that.
