Free Will or Sin?

Does the existence of sin negate free will?

Logically, if free will exists, then sin cannot. If sin exists, then free will cannot. If sin exists, then free will is limited by penalties and consequences for exercising free will. If free will exists, then sin cannot apply since free will would not permit the restriction of any act. Sin applied automatically negates free will. Free will applied refutes sin. Thus, how could both free will and sin exist simultaneously given their situational requirements?
